Teenage tennis star Kei Nishikori said Monday he has been diagnosed with a stress fracture in his right elbow. As a result of examinations in New York last Wednesday, Nishikori has to refrain from swinging a tennis racket for two to three months and will be sidelined from the ATP Tour indefinitely.

Rising teenager Kei Nishikori will miss the remainder of this season due to a knee injury, his management office said Saturday.
